Stupid Easy Homemade Bone Broth
The short cut version to making your own gut healing protein rich bone broth.

Ingredients
4
lb
bones
2 chicken carcasses
2-3
carrots rough chop
2-3
celery stalks rough chop
leaves included
1
large onion
3-4
garlic cloves
1
Tbs
whole peppercorns
1
Tbs
kosher salt
1
splash apple cider vinegar
2
bay leave
Instructions
Fill your pot 3/4 way with bones
Add in all vegetables, seasonings, and ACV
Fill with water just over (1-2in) the height of the bones
Simmer in Instant Pot for 4 hours, or stove top/crock pot for 12 hours
Cool
When cool, strain and transfer into freeze proof containers.
As the liquid cooks, any extra fat will separate and move to the top, allowing you to remove if desired
Freeze to thaw and use as needed
